After Zwanenberg Food Group acquired the Unilever factory in Oss, there was a need for new automation. The current Unilever system had to be replaced quickly. Due to the good experiences other locations had had with the automation system FOBIS® and the rapid implementation method of RBK Group, it was clear who would be receive the task. After briefly taking stock of the circumstances, the project was begun two weeks after the acquisition. The goal is complete production automation, where tracking and tracing are fully retained and where, with the use of the new line management module, processes can be managed by yield and expenses as best possible.
